How to Apply for Admission

60 Seats which is approved by National Commission for Indian System of Medicine, Ministry of AYUSH (GOI), New Delhi and Dr. S.R. Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur. 15% All India Quota seats to be filled by Ministry of AYUSH, Govt of India New Delhi or their approved/ authorized agency. NRI Quota & State Quota seats are to be filled up by the Rajasthan NEET AYUSH UG/PG Counselling Board, Rajasthan, Jaipur on the merit bases of NEET. The following documents must be submitted along with the college allotment letter of counselling board: –

  • Attested copies of the certificates and detailed mark sheets i.e. secondary & Senior secondary examination.
  • Character Certificate from the head of the institution last attended.
  • Certificate of bona-fide residence duly issued by the competent authority.
  • SC/ST/SBC/OBC certificate issued by the competent authority.
  • Medical fitness certificate
  • Attested copy of NEET score card.
  • Attested copy of Aadhar Card.
  • Original Migration Certificate/ Transfer Certificate for the university enrollment.
  • 10 recent passport size coloured photographs with white background of the candidate.
  • Scholarship or merit certificate, if any

Eligibility

The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry & Biology (with the minimum marks as prescribed by the competent authority) from time to time. Eligibility conditions are subject to the change by Govt. of Rajasthan & Dr. S.R. Rajasthan Ayurved University from time to time. Presently the admissions are made on the bases of NEET rank by Rajasthan NEET AYUSH UG/PG Counselling Board, Jaipur.

Course Plan & Duration

The total duration of the Bachelor of Ayurved Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) course is 5½ Years, having 3 professionals of study and 1 year of compulsory internship (6 Months Ayurved & 6 Months Modern Medicine). The degree of BAMS course will be awarded by Dr. S.R. Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur to those students who after studying 3 professionals complete one year’s compulsory internship up to the satisfaction of the concerned authorities.

Total Seats

There is yearly intake of 60 Seats which is approved by National Commission for Indian System of Medicine, Ministry of AYUSH (GOI), New Delhi and Dr. S.R. Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur is to be filled as under:
  • 15% All India Quota 09 seats to be filled by Ministry of AYUSH, Govt of India New Delhi or their approved/ authorized agency.
  • 15 % NRI Quota 09 seats to be filled by Rajasthan NEET AYUSH UG/PG Counselling Board, Jaipur.
  • State Quota 42 seats to be filled by Rajasthan NEET AYUSH UG/PG Counselling Board, Jaipur.

Fees

Fee will be charged under different heads as prescribed by Govt. of Rajasthan. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
A refundable College caution money of Rs. 20,000/- shall be charged from every student.

Age

The minimum prescribed age is 17 Years as on 31st December in the year of admission.
